Shipping policy
An order takes 5-7 business days to leave our work station.
Once the garments are sealed and shipped, an email with dispatch details is sent to your registered email ID.
All our product prices include shipping charges.
Please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as we will not be able to redirect the orders once they are dispatched to you.
If you have not received a dispatch/delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please notify us by sending an email to hello@spectrumindia.online with your order number.
We do not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) at the moment.
