Return & Exchange

At spectrum, since all our garments are made to order we do not follow returns on products sold. Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective items.

In case you are not ecstatic with the fit, we offer a size exchange.

If incase there is an issue with a garment it has to be notified to us within the 5 days of delivery via an email to hello@spectrumindia.online with the subject line your order ID- Exchange/return.

We will need to review the return/exchange query, and we could ask you for an unboxing video and photographs of the garment in question. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with approval for the return/exchange, following which we request you to courier the garment back to us at the address mentioned in the email.

Upon approval, you may choose from the following options:
• Exchange for the same item in different size (subject to availability).
• Exchange for an item of equal value.
• Store credit for future purchases.

If the number of the days exceeds, we will not be able to return/exchange the product.

The product must not be worn, washed and must be returned in original condition with packaging and original tags. Spectrum reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product feels used or damaged by the customer.

Kindly bear in mind that the charges for the return courier will be borne by the customer. We will bear the courier cost of the new garment, which will be dispatched after we revive the original garment.
